| Executive Summary

 As we head into summer, there are plenty of
spring successes pointing to Citi Habitats' continued
growth as a leader in Manhattan residential real estate.
One of the most notable is in regards to volume; we're
ahead of where we were this time last year. That's
especially true of sales transactions, which continue to
soar. Our numbers are proof that Citi Habitats and our
hybrid philosophy are in full bloom.
In addition to our business successes, NRT and The
Corcoran Group are fully committed to supporting our
development and growth as a company. In the short time
since NRT acquired Citi Habitats last year, it has
already made concrete contributions to our company.
Examples of its support include the impressive expansion
and renovation of the 222 West 72nd Street and 1456
First Avenue (the former 400 East 76th Street) offices
and the planned renovation of 346 West 57th Street.
Additionally, the fifth floor of our Corporate
Headquarters is being transformed into a
state-of-the-art facility for our joint training with
The Corcoran Group. The modern facility will also serve
as office space for Citi Habitats agents and staff.
With the support of our partnerships, our loyal
agents and staff, and our firm foundation in the
marketplace as a premiere brokerage with the right
combination of resources and neighborhood presence, we
are primed for another outstanding summer rental and
sales

Customer Service department has been quite busy of late,
with our continued survey work, office visits, and – we
are pleased to say – rewarding agents who have truly

listing to its closing, the department tracks its every

much more than travel the world; she’s lived around the
world. Having called four continents home, Karen is an
expert at knowing what elements are essential to making

Branch Mgr Profile: Joe Lops
 Rows of Burgundy and Bordeaux, calls to and
shipments from Chilean and Italian wineries. Before
joining Citi Habitats, these were the mainstays of Joe
Lops’ professional life. As wine importer and
owner/operator of five retail wine stores in New York,
Joe was immersed in the wine business. All that changed
when Joe decided to sell his stores and take on
Manhattan real estate.
