Monika Sibiga brings an entrepreneur's mind and a developer's/investor's perspective on sales to your real estate transaction. Besides the business and numbers of real estate, she is equally sensitive to the emotional involvement that's inherent in the rent, buy or sell process.

Working for a real estate/broker developer with offices in Queens and in the Greenpoint/ Williamsburg section of Brooklyn helped give Monika an insider's view of property value and potential. She handled numerous boutique condominium projects in Brooklyn as well the resale of homes in Queens. Monika also gained well-rounded knowledge and expertise running her own real estate business in Queens for three years, and working for a family business involving international sales.

Monika is proud to be associate with Citi Habitats' East Village office helping clients achieve their real estate goals throughout New York City. Originally from Poland, she has lived in NYC for over 15 years. Monika majored in Finance at St. John's University and completed an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Real Estate at NYU. Plus she got her broker's license in 2008.

Monika speaks fluent English and Polish, and enjoys working with clients of varying backgrounds in search of their dream home. Her favorite hobbies include healthy living, running, fitness classes and tennis. She has also given time to help orphans and collect funds to fight poverty worldwide. (close)
