Managing one of the largest offices at CITI HABITATS agents admire her knowledge and appreciate her open-door policy, Luciane Serifovic has earned status as Managing Director of the Year and Top-Producing Managing Director thanks to her hard work, and dedication to her agents’ success. Having been in her agents’ shoes, she learned the ropes of the business over the years, as well as the secrets to creating a lucrative and rewarding career.

Luciane began her climb in real estate in 2002 as an assistant manager leading a top- producing Citi office. She next brought her expertise to the company headquarters and Corporate Relocation department, which she’s helped turn into the top-producing office. "Here agents have the best of all worlds," says Luciane, now a non-selling manager who ensures that both agents and clients receive the ultimate elite service. Her extensive relationships with landlords, owners, clients and agents throughout the brokerage community enable Luciane to farm valuable leads to her team, plus service clients most effectively. She prides herself on being a genuine partner with her agents, which helps them realize their strengths, build their confidence, and blossom in their business.

Luciane’s boundless energy, positive attitude and results-driven focus make her in-office training top notch. By constantly creating and implementing new ideas to advance internal systems and optimize efficiency, she adds incredible value to the company. Available seven days a week, Luciane strives to consistently educate, train and motivate those around her. Prior to entering real estate, this successful business leader ran a thriving family-owned candle factory which is still in business today. She also worked as a consultant for an immigration advocacy service. It’s clear that her family-oriented nature and passion for helping people translates well in her day-to-day interactions as a manager.

Originally from Brazil, Luciane is fluent in English and Portuguese, and loves meeting and interacting with the wonderful people from all walks of life she encounters in New York each day.
