A 20-year veteran of New York City, originally from Ukraine, Eugene Litvak has devoted the last 10 years of his life to Real Estate. From a young age, Eugene quickly picked up on his unique talents: he was personable and loved working with people. He says, "Real estate brings the privilege of meeting an array of people. Every appointment is a new conversation, a new interaction and new relationship."

Combining his people skills and unmatched ambition, Eugene mastered the Manhattan and Brooklyn Sales and Rental Real Estate markets. His photographic memory makes him a walking database of available listings. One phone call to Eugene ensures a friendly conversation, overwhelming information on current real estate conditions and an appointment on which you will almost always find a new home.

What makes Eugene so successful? Having been recognized as a Citi-Habitat’s “Top 25 Producer” and recipient of the “Outstanding Customer Service Award” several years in a row, it is Eugene’s attention to detail that sets himself apart from other agents. Taking an expectation and far surpassing it, is what Eugene’s clients love most about him.

Whether it is a multi-million dollar sale, or starter rental, Eugene treats every client with the utmost regard. “I love my job," he says. "To truly enjoy any profession, job satisfaction is a must and there is nothing that I enjoy more than a smile on my client’s face; I feel sense of pride and fulfillment knowing that my clients are happy with their new home and that I was at least partly responsible for it."

In 2009, Eugene expanded his business to create “The Litvak Group”, a team of skilled agents all refined by Eugene’s one-on-one training method. By growing the team, the Litvak Group is better prepared to meet the specific needs of International real estate investors. Ana Weisberger speaks three languages and served as an international interpreter for the financial and healthcare industries before relocating to NYC. Sarah Katz is a native New Yorker with her pulse on the arts scene and is the team trend spotter. Ivan Jara hails from a technology background and enjoys working with startups and entrepreneurs who are coming to the city to make their mark.
