Mychal monitors the stock market daily and regularly communicates with his extensive network of financiers to provide his clients with market-leading analysis of real estate trends. Consistently going above and beyond, Mychal travels NYC by bicycle, weaving in and out of NYC cross streets and documenting the changes and developments that affect market rates.
Mychal grew up in Chicago, traveling back and forth to New York as a youth. While in Chicago, Mychal rose from Estimator to Project Manager to Chief Operating Officer of a construction firm, which gave him the foundation to accurately assess a building's worth and potential. In college, Mychal majored in Economics and Business Administration, which sharpened his astute analysis of price points, returns on investment and market sale and rental trends.
Mychal rigorously advocates for his clients.
"When someone chooses me as their broker, I feel it is my responsibility to protect their interests and ensure that they are totally comfortable and happy with the choice of buying, selling or selecting an apartment to rent. I make sure my clients are fully informed of the market by monitoring the trends, the vacancy rates and the areas where my clients are able to get the most for their money. At the same time, I also make sure my clients are well-positioned to achieve their dream, so that when opportunity knocks, they are ready, willing and able to answer," he explains.
Clients call Mychal "a loyal and dedicated agent, different from other agents." Clients report that Mychal truly places "[their] interests first, not just the signing of the lease or the closing of the deal."
"Other agents made me feel as though I had to decide right away on what I wanted, even if it wasn't something I really liked. Mychal actually steered me away from a bad deal even though he would have received a commission from the signing of the lease!"
