Since joining Citi Habitats, he has received 3 Platinum Club Awards for renting 50 or more apartments in 1 year, and in 2001, he received a special recognition award. He has also worked with various celebrity clientele, including pop singer and Broadway star Deborah Gibson and actress Connie Nielson.
Prior to joining Citi Habitats, Allen worked as an on-site agent for J.I. Sopher Real Estate and Pan Am Equities. By working on the management side of real estate, Allen has experienced both the views of the landlord and tenant. And he passes on this invaluable experience to his clients.
