Silver Towers, Larry Silverstein's two-building rental development that has experimented with such wild ideas as two months free rent, is now offering tenants a graphite-gray Mercedes sedan or SUV to rent by the hour. Will this amenity be enough to lure in the 150 prospective renters reportedly visiting the building every week? We hope so -- that playground is looking hungry.
