I am more than happy to endorse Sam. I moved to NYC from San Francisco, I was relocating to NYC for work so I needed to find a place quickly. I had three brokers I had hired and had decided that I would work with each of them until one of them proved to be better than the others. Within the first day of my search, I stopped working with them and stuck with Sam. He was honest, listened to what I was looking for, wasn't pushy, and easy to spend time with. He took the time to introduce me to various neighborhoods and took into account that I wanted a large space where I could not only live, but where I could be near the park, have enough space to paint in my spare time, and most importantly a safe location.
