Kimberly Pickard grew up in a small town in south Jersey, but upon graduation from college, she lived in four major cities, and is now happy to be settled in the ever-moving NYC. Kimberly started in the mortgage industry in 2000 and her love of real estate has grown progressively. A trained mortgage consultant, licensed real estate salesperson and currently the assistant manager in Citi Habitats busy Chelsea office, Kimberly’s focus is to help her agents make sure each and every client has a seamless move. She is involved from day one, when the client arrives at the office, up until the end when she helps collect paperwork and gets the client to the lease signing.
