Jason is a native New Yorker who lives a short walk from his office in Chelsea; he prides himself on being a knowledgeable, full-service broker with roots in the community. He utilizes his vast knowledge of the Manhattan real estate market, current trends and developments to educate and guide his clients with all of their real estate needs. Representing a multitude of landlords as an exclusive agent, his properties run the gamut from tenement style walk-up buildings to 3,000 sq. ft. condo lofts in landmark buildings.
Prior to joining Citi Habitats in 2005, Jason was Senior Project Manager for a leading New York marketing firm where he created national publicity and marketing campaigns for a multitude of artists, including: Dolly Parton and Jennifer Lopez, as well as implementing marketing strategies for Miramax Films, Paramount Pictures. Jason is a co-founder of Jewcy.com. Jason's background in entertainment marketing and publicity gives him an invaluable edge over the competition in the marketing of properties.

Jason has a BA from Northeastern University in Boston and also studied abroad at Goldsmith College in London. In his spare time he cooks, cycles and is involved with fundraising for The Multiple Sclerosis Society, LifeCycle and The American Heart Association. Jason cofounded the Big Apple Dodge Ball League and is also a certified Yoga teacher, volunteering at the Sivananda Yoga Center.
