In one of the most competitive industries in Manhattan, Jay has become the go-to source when it comes to real estate advice. To keep his clients and customers up to date, he sends a quarterly newsletter entitled "The Heydt Report", which gives his take on current market trends, places to see and more.
Jay has lectured at The New York Real Estate Institute, New York University, UJA events and several real estate networking events. In addition, he has been quoted by The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg. He is a member of many charitable organizations, such as The American Heart Association, and he sits as a Strategic Advisor for Future Building Developments for a United Jewish Federated Camp in Upstate NY.
