CLIFFORD FINN
MANAGING DIRECTOR OF NEW DEVELOPMENT MARKETING

250 Park Avenue S., 11th Fl., New York, NY 10003
O: 212-685-7777

Clifford Finn has left his creative marketing imprint on the façades and interiors of many of Manhattan’s most luxurious residential properties. From his more than 15 year experience in on-site marketing, Clifford has developed an understanding for what it means to be the best in on-site marketing, and more importantly, what it takes to not only get there, but to stay there.

Clifford attributes on-site marketing success to an acute sense of who the market is for a particular project, the ability to develop and execute strategies to reach that market, as well as an understanding of the landlord’s perspective, and not just the brokers. Clifford has demonstrated and cultivated those skills throughout his career. Now in a leadership position for Citi Habitats Marketing Group, founded in 2004, he is driven to use his experience to accomplish his mission: "to take the company to a new standard, and to create the strongest and most professionally trained on-site staff in New York City."

Currently, the reach of Citi Habitats’ on-site portfolio extends beyond the most luxurious Manhattan rental and condominium buildings, such as The Crest on Wall Street, 48 Laight on TriBeCa’s Laight Street, to the tallest residential building in Philadelphia, The St. James, and others in Jersey City. While Clifford oversees all of these existing on-site jobs for Citi Habitats, Inc. he simultaneously develops future projects, including plans to expand to further parts of New Jersey.

Before becoming director of on-site marketing for Citi Habitats Marketing Group, Clifford, a licensed real estate agent, worked on several successful on-site projects with Citi Habitats. He opened and served as on-site director for The Metro in the Financial District, Chelsea Arms in Chelsea, and Berkeley Park in Kips Bay. Prior to joining Citi Habitats, Clifford opened five new buildings with the Brodsky Organization in New York City, including West End Towers and One Columbus Place in the Upper West Side/Lincoln Center area, River Watch, located in Battery Park City, and 420 West 42nd Street and 360 West 43rd Street in Midtown West. He has also worked for the Macklowe Properties, opening The Longacre House in Midtown West and 777 Sixth Avenue in the Chelsea/Flatiron neighborhood.

Clifford chose to work with Citi Habitats because of its ambitious and enthusiastic spirit for growing as the City’s number one real estate brokerage company. "Citi Habitats gave me a very unique opportunity to come aboard a dynamic, fresh thinking company and to really bring it to another level. Plus, the firm’s position as the largest and most successful rental brokerage force in New York City makes my job that much more interesting," he explained. Clifford says he thrives in his position because, "I enjoy the business immensely. I love new projects; I love seeing a building through all stages of development."
